Newly built Council run toilet and shower facilities are available to the rear of the Beach, open 8.30-5.30 Monday to Saturday and 9am-2pm Sundays. £2.00 charge for as long as you like. Situated underneath the tourist information centre. A key can be collected from the Tourist Information Office.

Yachtsmen are requested to use the smaller of the two beaches (that to the left hand side, called Little Porth), to go ashore, and leave their dinghies, to enable swimmers and small children to bathe on the other side, unimpeded. Yachtsmen are reminded not to leave litter on the beach/in the Bay.

All town facilities - shops, pubs and Restaurants are immediately behind the beach. The Health Centre, Dentist and Hospital are located above the beach, to the right hand side. A path leads up the hill directly to them.

We also run a commercial Diving business. Therefore, in the event of requiring assistance for things such as fouled props, hull clearing, or anything else (wallet/watch overboard), please do not hesitate to contact either Pete or Charlie by telephone. PAYMENT: We missed you/you have forgotten to pay;
Please either leave the money in our yard, or you can always give the money to either the St Mary's harbour staff, or the harbour master on Tresco. Much appreciated. These mooring fees are essential to us, because they help to fund our commercial diving business, which offers an essential service to these islands. We are the only commercial diving operators in this area. We service and maintain most of the moorings around the Islands. We are also on-call 24/7 in the event of any emergencies, such as ropes in props/engines and watches overboard/checking for damage to the hull of a boat. We hope that you will help support us by paying the mooring dues in this Bay.
